Tonight I spent 2 hours analyzing stats with Melody. I still don't really get it so we will see how that results section goes tomorrow. The rest of the night has been spent watching Evita, which i truly love, while Jeff is spending some "man time" with his friends.
In other news, earlier this week I finished the book I started over spring break. It was The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. It was wonderful. It was such a great mixture between stories like The Lottery, The Most Dangerous Game, Lord of The Flies, and so many others I grew up loving (what can I say, I have always had strange taste in literature). It was truly a great read and I look forward to reading the next installments. Really I look forward to have time to read for fun in general. That time will be great!!

Experiment gone wrong
So last semester Melody (my research partner) and I formulated an experiment that required us to run a MANOVA. For those of you who were smart enough to pick a major that doesn't require statistics (really, you couldn't have warned me?) a MANOVA stands for Multivariate analysis of variance. The problem with our little MAVOVA is that you don't learn to run one at the undergraduate level. I am not even kidding. So what did we do? We had to teach ourselves. Or lets be real here, Melody taught herself and I worked on lit reviews because that is pretty much all I can do. This semester we thought we were free. We don't have to run a MANOVA. But alas, we couldn't get off that easy. We have a 3-way interaction. If you are asking what that means, you better go ask someone else because I have no idea how to interpret that. AT ALL. So here is to once again going above and beyond on our experiment (although by accident) and learning to interpret a 3-way interaction in our 2x2x2 ANOVA. Here's to a hopeful thought at getting published in an undergrad publication and one day using my great knowledge in grad school.

Can't stop listening
I can't seem to stop listening to this song. I heard it first somewhere in Alabama on the way back from Destination Destin. I just love it so much! Thanks Monica!! Enjoy

Destination Destin is over.
Today was my first day of classes after spending a week here:
Everyday it looked just like this. Imagine having to leave this beautiful placed only to have to go to your Family Communications class and retake your psych stats midterm (which you made a 15 on the first time).
I was at this beautiful place with these lovely ladies
(who i already miss desperately!)

By the way, in case you wondered, I am 95% positive i made even worse on my stats test this time around. Merry Monday after spring break to you too!

T-14 hrs.
I approximately 14 hours I will be taking my second Sr. Bible test. This I am not worried about. I got a 96 on the first test. I'm not afraid to brag. I'm actually quite proud. However, a mere hour after this test at 9:30 I am supposed to take my Advanced Stats mid term. Just thinking about it makes me want to cry. I just can't handle it. I'm terrible at math. For now I will be making my formula sheet and trying not to cry.
So if at any point tomorrow morning you see a girl running our of DAH with tears streaming down her face, its all me.

I beg of you, Don't make me go back!
I start school again Monday. My days will no longer be filled with Greys Anatomy Marathons and reading for pleasure. I will soon be back listening to lectures, working on homework and selling my soul to pass Research Methods. It will consume me, and I'm not excited about it. It will be accompanied by Practicum, Psychology of Crime, Family Communication (which I'm slightly excited about), Advanced Psych Stats (Which I am in NO WAY excited about), and Senior Bible.
Just as a little gift, this is what happened last semester for Experimental. Our F-Stat actually frowned at us.
Good luck to all of those going back to school, and even more luck to those who have to put up with us.

Room for me
I love that no matter what is happening when I enter the living room Husband always makes a spot for me on the couch without me even asking. He even sits on my feet if they are cold. There's always room for me.
